Registration Policy:

• 25% Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation from the date of registration and to July 15, 2025
• 50% Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation between July 16 – August 15, 2025
• 75% Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation between August 16 – August 30, 2025
• 100% Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation after August 31, 2025

100% registration fee will be refunded:

• In case of a travel ban or if you test positive for Covid-19 up to 7 Days prior to the event date. NOTE: Documentation of travel ban will be required for a refund
• In the unlikely event that Canadian Leadership Summit 2025 is postponed or cancelled by us, your ticket will be transferred to the next Canadian Summit or refunded as per your request
